Foxx Life Sciences’ BioProcess Single Use Systems are assembled in our ISO 7 Certified Cleanrooms to ensure cleanliness and quality of products. Foxx has become a world leader in custom Single-Use Systems (SUS) including tubing, bag, bottle, flask and carboy assemblies, filtration, fluid management, laboratory safety products, and glassware. The majority of BioProcess Single Use Products come from the EZBio® Single Use Assembly product line, which is perfect for fluid transfer and storage. Our assemblies take advantage of Foxx’s patented VersaCap® technology which means there is no machining necessary to produce the product.

BioProcess Tubing

Foxx Life Sciences Selective BioProcess Tubing Components come in Fluoropolymer, Silicone, or TPE Tubing.

• Fluoropolymer Elastomer Tubing is manufactured in an ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 018001 certified facility and is designed for highly corrosive materials. Options include Imachemton® Viton Tubing or Imafep™ FEP Tubing.
• Silicone Tubing is constructed of NSF-51 certified Platinum cured silicone resin tubing that meets all regulatory market compliances (USFDA, MHRA, TGA, etc.). Options include Imapex™, Imapure™, Imaliner®, and Imaflow™ Silicone Tubing in a variety of sizes.
• Thermoplastic Elastomer (TPE) Tubing is manufactured and packaged in a Class 10000 Clean Room. TPE Tubing has low permeability and is free of plasticizers. Options include EZBio®, Imaweld®, Imaprene®, and Imaliner® TPE Tubing.

BioProcess Connectors

Foxx Life Sciences keeps a wide range of BioProcess Components in stock and readily available. The EZBio® Connect line features standard components such as BioProcess clamps, plugs, y-connectors, t-connectors, and reducers. Additionally, Foxx carries components from other manufacturers like CPC, Eldon James, Nordson Medical, and more. Components and fittings are available in a variety of materials, including, Natural Kynar (PVDF), Polycarbonate, and Polypropylene. Find the perfect fit for your projects needs.

BioProcess Caps and Gaskets

Foxx Life Sciences offers a high-grade line of caps and adapters in a variety of sizes. VersaCap® technology provides a secure grip and easy opening/closing without the twisting of tubes. All VersaCap® Products fit our EZfil® carboys and other media containers. Our products are used in the research, biotech, and pharmaceutical industries.

Foxx Life Sciences has a wide range of bottles, carboys, and jerrycans that can be used for all our customer needs. Different product lines are offered for different demands and include EZLabPure™, EZClear®, Autofil®, PUREGRIP®, SECUREgrasp®, and VersaBarb®. Products are offered in a variety of materials (like HDPE, PP, PC, and PETG) as well as a variety of sizes.

All Foxx laboratory carboys and bioprocess carboys are BPA-free and are made from a USP Class VI material and are FDA Grade for optimum protection of assets. Foxx also offers Carboy Mixers that are used to mix components to create homogeneous liquid mixtures. Explore all options below.

Foxx Life Sciences offers innovations in laboratory filtration technology. Our FDA-grade components are resistant to harsh solvents, manufactured from premium grade materials. All products are BPA-free and designed with USP Class VI components. Includes the next generation of vacuum filtration: Autofil®. Autofil® offers vacuum filtration systems as a complete system or funnel, centrifuge filters, and hardware including EZFlow® Cell Strainers, EZFlow® Membrane Discs, Microbiology Filter Monitors, and Vent Filters.

Foxx Life Sciences is dedicated to creating innovative safety products that create a safe way to store harmful contaminants in labs. Our products include HPLC waste systems from our EZWaste® product line which include waste systems and caps as well as the the PUREGRIP® HPLC ChromCap Assemblies. Another key product offered is the Vactrap™ Vacuum Trap System which adheres to the strictest CDC recommendations for laboratory safety.
