MC-Media Pad® tests are designed for convenient and reliable testing of E.coli, Yeast and Mold, Coliform, Staphylococcus Aureus, or aerobic microbial contamination in food and beverage products. A new filtration head for Microfil® disposable funnels and membranes improves ease-of-use, reduces maintenance and limits the risk of contamination. Filtration heads are available which accept N°8 stoppers. These fit our devices such as Monitor 55-Plus™ and EZ-Fit® Filtration Unit.

NEST cell culture plates have round edges for better handling. Low profile and low-evaporation lid design assures uniform growth. Both tissue culture treated and non-treated surfaces are available. Non-treated growth surface is more hydrophobic than tissue culture surface and is similar to the surface of a bacteriological Petri dish. Small feet on the bottom corners of each plate eliminate scraping of the microscope lens.

Nest Scientific Cryogenic Boxes are made from a polypropylene base with a polycarbonate cover for easy identification of the internal contents. These cryo boxes have a 10 by 10 configuration for the storage of 0.5 mL, 1.2 mL, 2.0 mL and 4.0 mL tubes and vials. The containment grid is alphanumerically labeled to further ease sample identification and mapping or recording of sample, tube and vial storage.
